About The Position

The Seasonal CLUB Customer Service Outfitter provides world-class customer service while presenting customers with the benefits of becoming a CLUB Member. The role serves as a product expert and carries out account servicing and other CLUB processes, including acquiring and activating members, CLUB sales, customer experience, peer coaching and influencing, and regulatory compliance.

The position supports a pleasant and productive shopping experience, greets customers, demonstrates products, and provides current members with a distinctive experience. It also handles member service processes, such as payments, account questions, and applications; supports store and individual performance goals; and maintains accurate CLUB inventory and an organized CLUB Booth. The role may provide service in other store areas based on business needs and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivation and initiative while working unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Support a commitment to world-class customer service and ensure a pleasant, productive shopping experience.
• Greet customers and offer the opportunity to become a Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB Member, or provide current members with a unique experience.
• Execute CLUB operational and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate products to customers and remain knowledgeable about advertised sales.
• Help meet individual and store metric goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
• Provide the full CLUB Member experience, including processing payments, answering account questions, and processing applications.
• Provide daily feedback and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide peer coaching, recognition, and support as a CLUB advocate and representative.
• Provide service throughout the store based on business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
