Requirements

Safely lift up to 50 pounds and efficiently maneuvers trays of food and beverages
Requires frequent bending and lifting, along with continuous walking and standing
Build positive relationships with both members and team members to foster a welcoming and collaborative environment
Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Support the mission and core values of AAC by performing duties as directed
Foster a teamwork-oriented environment by assisting colleagues across all areas of the Aquatics Café operation
Complete opening and closing duties, including preparation, setup, and side work
Learn menu items and accurately process food and beverage orders using the POS system
Adhere to AAC standards for table and poolside service, including proper utensil placement, timely beverage refills, clearing tables, and restocking supplies
Promptly fulfill member requests to ensure exceptional service
Maintain a clean and organized environment by picking up trash, wiping down tables and chairs, and sanitizing surfaces
Provide assistance to other departments and club functions as needed
