About The Position
The Cafe Attendant is responsible for creating a warm and positive experience for members from the moment they arrive. This role involves greeting members by name, assisting customers with product selection, maintaining a clean and organized café area, accurately managing transactions, following food handling and safety procedures, preparing food and juice bar items according to company recipes, and collaborating with teammates and supervisors to ensure smooth café operations.

- Must obtain an Illinois Food Handlers Certificate within 30 days of employment (at your own expense)
Responsibilities
- Greet every member by name and create a warm, positive experience.
- Answer questions and assist customers with product selection.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café area.
- Manage transactions accurately, ensuring the register reflects all sales and services.
- Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Craft food and juice bar items following company recipes.
- Work closely with teammates and supervisor, taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
