About The Position

Diamond's Edge Restaurant at the Inn at Diamond Cove, a Colwen Hotels Property, is looking for friendly and customer focused Seasonal Bussers to join the team. This position will run June through October. Thursday through Sunday availability is required.

  • Must be able to lift, balance and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Clean tables and work areas.
  • Assist in food preparation.
  • Maintain stock and cleanliness of workstations.
  • Remove glasses, dinner dishes, and silverware from occupied tables.
  • Clear empty tables of linens, dishes, and debris and place items in proper areas.
  • Reset the tables.
  • Deliver food to tables.
  • Check food for accuracy.
  • Replenish food and beverages.
  • Take additional orders when required.
  • Carry trays of dirty dishes to dish room and break down trays according to the procedures.
  • Clean all spills and breakage immediately.
  • Keep floors clean and dry.
  • Ensure windows/glass surfaces are spotless.
  • Clean service stations and fill ice bins.
  • Assist servers with all aspects of service as requested to create a positive dining experience.
  • Adhere to appearance, attendance, and punctuality expectations and standards as communicated verbally and/or written.
