About The Position

Indicate Technologies is seeking a Seasonal Business Operations, Logistics Associate to support their rapidly expanding operations. This role is based in the Santa Clara office and operates on a Monday-Friday schedule. The Logistics Associate will report to the Business Operations Logistics Lead and will be responsible for ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely product delivery, as well as scheduling general service requests. This position is crucial for maintaining the forward momentum of the Business Operations team. Success requires strong organization, time management, effective communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and proactivity.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily logistical operations of sales orders, including processing purchase orders, creating jobs, collecting documentation, coordinating payment and shipping, generating packing slips, submitting vendor orders or fulfilling from inventory, coordinating vendor fulfillment, and submitting packing slips for approval.
  • Process all incoming web orders, including creating jobs, collecting documentation, coordinating fulfillment logistics, generating packing slips, submitting vendor orders or fulfilling from inventory, coordinating vendor fulfillment, and submitting packing slips for approval.
  • Execute daily logistical operations of service scheduling, including coordinating with the lead/manager, conducting customer outreach for calibrations/upgrades/repairs, preparing and sending service quotes, generating packing slips, confirming service approvals, providing customer support, managing purchase orders for parts/kits, scheduling services, monitoring parts order status, and coordinating service scheduling based on parts availability.
  • Act as the first layer of support for all customer inquiries, serving as the initial point of contact, ensuring professional and timely communication, triaging and resolving general questions, escalating complex issues, and documenting all customer interactions in HubSpot.
  • Conduct market research by staying up-to-date on company offerings and industry trends, including competitor offerings, providing customer engagement insights, identifying product/service gaps, providing buyer insight observations, identifying buying trends, providing customer landscape insights, and researching new products and industry advancements.
