Seasonal Brick Specialist
About The Position
The Seasonal Brick Specialist will ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores. This role involves greeting guests, performing cash register functions, and maintaining a professional and engaging demeanor. The specialist will also contribute to a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays according to LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards, and operating the stockroom efficiently. Responsibilities include assisting with merchandise receiving, maintaining stockroom standards, adhering to safety regulations, and reporting potential shortage situations. The role also involves resolving customer issues, reporting challenging situations to management, customer engagement, and utilizing promotional materials and loyalty programs.
