About The Position

The Seasonal Brick Specialist will ensure a signature experience for every guest visiting LEGO® stores by greeting guests, performing cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner. This role also involves providing a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and adhering to LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards. Additionally, the specialist will operate the store stockroom safely and efficiently, assisting with merchandise receiving, maintaining stockroom standards, abiding by safety regulations, and reporting potential shortage situations. The role also includes resolving customer issues, reporting challenging situations to management, customer engagement, and utilizing promotional materials and loyalty programs.

Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
