About The Position

This is a seasonal role for the winter season, specifically for Christmas at the Princess. The Food & Beverage team brings unforgettable experiences to life across various resort outlets including The Princess Fire & Ice Rink, Château Champagne, and festive Igloos. The role requires energetic, dependable multitaskers who thrive in a fast-paced environment, work seamlessly as a team, and have a passion for Food & Beverage and engaging with guests. This is an opportunity to be part of a spectacular seasonal event with over 250,000 visitors.

Requirements

• Arizona Liquor Server Certification required
• Arizona Food Handlers Certification required
• Previous service experience an asset
• Previous point of sale system experience an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions
• Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
• Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Other duties as assigned
