About The Position
Menchey Music Service, a company serving students, parents, and music educators since 1936, is seeking a Seasonal Band Instrument Repair Assistant for their Operations Center in Hanover, PA. This temporary position focuses on cleaning and refurbishing band instruments to prepare them for rental or sale. The role is ideal for individuals passionate about music and interested in the music industry. The position requires daytime hours, 3-5 days per week, from August through October.

Nice To Haves
- Band instrument playing experience a plus but not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean instrument, mouthpiece, and case.
- Identify any repairs or adjustments that need to be made to the instrument.
- Improve cosmetic appearance of instrument.
- Examine case and repair/replace as necessary.
- Replace included accessory items in case.
- Restock in warehouse once prep is completed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
