About The Position

As a Seasonal Associate at Carter’s, you will serve as a first point of contact for growing families, helping customers find products for babies and young children and supporting them through parenting milestones. You will work in a welcoming and inclusive retail environment and contribute to positive customer experiences across the store and omnichannel services.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and climb up and down a ladder.
• Availability may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and serve multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist customers with omnichannel services as needed to support a positive shopping experience.
• Process and expedite point-of-sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment tasks as needed.
• Explain current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Help minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
