Seasonal Associate
About The Position
As a Seasonal Associate at Sephora, you will provide an outstanding client experience by supporting store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You will help create a welcoming environment and maintain a stocked, visually ready store in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. This is a flex, non-guaranteed-hours position with weekly hours varying according to business needs; the expected schedule is 0–14 hours per week. You must be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and be punctual with consistent attendance. Availability is required from Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10. The role offers hourly compensation of $19.80–$22.90, depending on geographic location.
