About The Position

Marshalls is hiring part-time seasonal associates to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, following customer experience principles, and keeping the store clean and organized. Associates follow operational, merchandise, and loss-prevention standards and may be cross-trained in multiple store areas to support business needs. The position is at Marshalls Store 1159 in West Bend, Wisconsin, and has a starting pay range of $13.25 to $13.75 per hour. Actual starting pay depends on relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Responsibilities

Engage and interact with customers, model customer experience practices, and promote credit and loyalty programs.
Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect, and give and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change according to established procedures.
Follow merchandising philosophy and standards, and process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures.
Initiate and participate in store recovery throughout the day and maintain organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards across the store.
Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures.
Support store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
