About The Position

As a Seasonal Associate at Sephora, you will support store operations and onstage service during peak business periods while delivering an outstanding client experience. You will help create a welcoming environment, maintain a stocked and visually ready store, and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative team. The expected schedule is 0–14 hours per week based on business needs, with availability required for peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The role is available to be scheduled from October 5 through January 10. The position is hourly and non-exempt, with pay of $19.80–$22.90 per hour; the actual rate depends on geographic location.
