About The Position

As a Seasonal Associate at Sephora, you will provide an outstanding client experience by supporting store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You will help create a welcoming environment while keeping the store stocked and visually ready. The role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Hours may vary based on business needs, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week. You must be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance. The position is available to be scheduled from Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10. This is an hourly, non-exempt position at the Naperville, Illinois store. Compensation is $19.80–$22.90 per hour; actual pay depends on geographic location. Sephora offers comprehensive healthcare and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
