About The Position

As a Seasonal Associate at Sephora, you will support store operations and onstage service during peak business periods, helping provide an outstanding client experience. You will contribute to a welcoming environment while keeping the store stocked and visually ready. The role is a flex position with non-guaranteed hours, expected to vary between 0 and 14 hours per week based on business needs. The job is available to be scheduled from Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10. Availability is required during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected. The hourly pay range is $20.85–$23.98, with the actual rate depending on geographic location.
