About The Position
As a Seasonal Associate at Sephora, you will support store operations and onstage service during peak business periods, providing an outstanding client experience and helping maintain a welcoming, stocked, and visually ready store. The role involves working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and supporting Sephora's service, sales, operational, and inclusion standards. Weekly hours may vary based on business needs, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week. The position requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays during peak retail operations, along with punctuality and consistent attendance. Candidates must be available to be scheduled from Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10. The offered hourly pay range is $18.00–$20.50, depending on geographic location.
