About The Position

As a Seasonal Associate at Sephora, you will support store operations and onstage service during peak business moments, providing an outstanding client experience. You will help create a welcoming environment and keep the store stocked and visually ready. The position is non-guaranteed hours, with weekly hours expected to vary from 0 to 14 based on business needs. The role is available to be scheduled from Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10. Candidates must be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and are expected to be punctual and consistently attend scheduled shifts. This is an hourly, non-exempt position at the AZ-Arrowhead store in Glendale, Arizona. Compensation is $18.00–$20.50 per hour; the actual rate depends on geographic location.
