About The Position

As a Seasonal Associate for the LA VIE EN ROSE banner, you will work under the supervision of the store management team to assist and advise customers while helping maximize sales. You will contribute to a welcoming, memorable shopping experience by supporting customers, maintaining the sales floor and backstore, and helping the team as needed. The position is temporary and part-time, with a stated salary of $17.00–$18.00.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer who enters the store.
• Help customers find what they are looking for by answering questions, explaining product quality, materials, and technical features, and suggesting other products.
• Be available to assist customers in the fitting room.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals.
• Prepare, identify, and place products on the sales floor.
• Keep the store and backstore clean and tidy.
• Stay informed about new products and share recommendations with customers.
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process transactions.
• Follow policies and procedures established by head office departments.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
