About The Position

This seasonal role is expected to last through the facility’s peak season. Employment may end earlier or extend slightly depending on department workload and business needs. The Indy North facility offers a fun peak season with food trucks, competitions, and giveaways, fostering a diverse, inclusive, and welcoming work environment with an experienced team willing to share knowledge. Safety is a top priority, with steel toes required.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
• Ability to repetitively lift boxes weighting up to 50lbs
• Proven success working in fast-paced, physically demanding seasonal periods
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) to be able to collaborate with team members and follow direction from leadership
• Steel toes required

Responsibilities

• Accurately label, sort, palletize, and wrap product for shipment
• Safely load product to correct carrier for shipment
• Assemble products according to detailed specifications and drawings
• Communicate with supervisors regarding discrepancies, damage, or order issues
• Continuous and repetitive lifting of boxes weighing 50lbs+
• Adherence to all safety policies
