Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- 18 years of age or older upon application.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous work experience handling money.
- Previous customer service work experience.
Responsibilities
- Engaging with guests by greeting, assisting with ticket sales, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Providing an exceptional guest experience.
- Working in a fast-paced environment.
- Greeting, assisting with ticket sales, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Delivering an outstanding guest experience and promoting animal conservation by adhering to standard procedures and delivering narratives with kindness and consistency.
- Accurately handling ticket sales and processing transactions using a Point-of-Sale system.
- Performing opening, operating, and closing tasks, including cleaning assigned areas and picking up debris to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
- Performing all other duties as assigned.
