About The Position
FMC Ice Sports, established in 1992, manages and operates high-quality ice sport facilities and programs across Massachusetts. They are the largest operator of public arenas in the United States, with 25 facilities. The Seasonal Accounting Assistant will compute, classify, record, and verify numerical data for accounting records. This role requires a team player with a strong work ethic. The work schedule is Monday - Friday, and this is a seasonal part-time position from September to April, with 20-25 hours per week. The compensation is $18 per hour.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent GED
- At least one to two years full-time, or equivalent part-time, experience in banking or accounting in a small or mid-size organization preferred, with a preference for multiple locations experience.
- Must be organized, able to multi-task and follow through in a busy, changing environment with little direct supervision.
- Must possess good cash/time management skills.
- Must possess good customer service skills.
- Ability to handle numerous projects and assignments simultaneously.
- Passing a thorough background check including a CORI, SORI and National Criminal History Background check.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a small or mid-size organization preferred
- Preference for multiple locations experience
