About The Position
FMC Ice Sports, established in 1992, is the largest operator of public ice skating arenas in the United States, managing 25 facilities in Massachusetts. The Seasonal Accounting Assistant is responsible for computing, classifying, recording, and verifying numerical data to maintain accounting records. This role requires a team player with a strong work ethic and is a seasonal part-time position from September to April, with hours ranging from 20-25 per week.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent GED
- Must be organized, able to multi-task and follow through in a busy, changing environment with little direct supervision.
- Must possess good cash/time management skills.
- Must possess good customer service skills.
- Ability to handle numerous projects and assignments simultaneously.
Nice To Haves
- At least one to two years full-time, or equivalent part-time, experience in banking or accounting in a small or mid-size organization preferred, with a preference for multiple locations experience.
Responsibilities
- Compute, classify, record and verify numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records.
