About The Position

As a Guest Service & Season Pass Representative, you'll be a key part of the team that creates an exceptional experience for our guests. You’ll assist with season pass sales and support, both in person and online, while delivering friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, upbeat, detail-oriented, and ready to spread good vibes all season long.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in guest services, retail, or hospitality is an asset.
  • Familiarity with ski resort operations or a passion for mountain culture preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills—friendly, patient, and solution-oriented.
  • High attention to detail, especially with financial and data-related tasks.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, online platforms, and general computer use.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system to process payments and issue or modify season passes.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as upgrades, redemptions, and online order processing.
  • Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Clearly explain resort policies, procedures, and pass options to guests and staff.
  • Accurately manage cash handling, daily reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Create and compile daily sales and operational reports.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding guest concerns or discrepancies.
  • Assist with routine tasks including filing, cleaning, restocking, and sanitizing work areas.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide general support as needed.
  • Take on other duties as assigned - flexibility and teamwork are essential.
