About The Position
Patient First is seeking a detail-oriented and digitally savvy Search Visibility and Digital Reputation Specialist to help patients find and trust our brand online. In this highly visible role, you will manage and optimize our presence across Google Business Profiles, online directories, AI-powered search platforms, review sites, and social media channels. You will play a key role in improving local search visibility, protecting and enhancing the organization's online reputation, and ensuring patients have accurate, up-to-date information wherever they encounter the Patient First brand. The ideal candidate has experience with local SEO, online reputation management, and multi-location businesses, along with strong organizational and communication skills. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with internal Marketing, Operations, clinical teams, and external SEO partners to drive measurable results across 80+ locations.
