The Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Manager drives qualified pipeline, ecommerce revenue, and profitable growth through paid search and intent-based channels. This role owns strategy, execution, and optimization across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and LinkedIn focusing on capturing high-intent B2B demand and converting it into measurable outcomes across both lead generation and online sales. Working across marketing, sales, and ecommerce, the SEM Manager builds full-funnel strategies aligned to complex B2B buying cycles—owning keywords, structure, bidding, ad copy, product feeds, and landing page alignment. This includes optimizing both lead-based conversions (RFQs, sign-ups) and transactional performance (AOV, conversion rate) to improve CPL, revenue, and ROAS.
