Requirements

  • 5+ years’ working in a business environment
  • 3+ years’ of Management experience
  • Experience working directly with business owners, executives, or similar leaders
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, Zoom, Skype, and other cloud or web-based applications

  • 2+ years’ leadership or project management experience

Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one calls with key stakeholders and decision makers of the organization via phone, zoom, and in person
  • Create raving fans and long-lasting relationships
  • Ability to professionally hold key decision makers accountable throughout the search
  • Provide clarity for decision making (create a simplified game plan for success for our partners)
  • Ability to present high level information to key stakeholders
  • Meet with clients via zoom or in person to conduct brainstorm sessions, consultation, and candidate reviews
  • Compose written Position Profiles utilizing brainstorm notes
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish, completing them on time and on budget
  • Assess and evaluate candidates using our proprietary, objective assessment tools, including resume scoring, phone interviews, and interviews via zoom
  • Compile candidate reports for presentation to the client
  • Consult, guide, and communicate with clients throughout each project in both written or verbal form
