Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior experience leading others.
  • Willingness to obtain certifications as required.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills & experiences.
  • A history of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience.
  • Ability to use time and resources efficiently and effectively.
  • Acting with integrity, pride, and passion.
  • For Seafood: Knowledge of seafood processing and previous experience working in a seafood department.
