Seafood Clerk - Munster
About The Position
The Seafood Clerk takes phone orders and assists customers while maintaining and stocking the seafood department. The role includes inspecting products for freshness, rotating and facing merchandise, filling seafood cases, building displays, packaging items for sale, and operating a merchandise scale. The clerk also prepares dinners using a fryer or steamer, operates cooking equipment, and cleans and sanitizes the department, backroom, cooler/freezer, dishes, and equipment, including changing fryer oil.
