Seafood Clerk - Town & Country
About The Position
The Seafood Clerk takes phone orders, serves customers, follows proper safety guidelines, keeps coolers and supplies organized, operates a scale and slicer, rotates products, fills seafood cases, sanitizes dishes and equipment, and prepares dinners using a fryer or steamer. The role also performs other general duties as needed. Seafood Clerk activities include assisting customers, stocking and rotating products, inspecting products for freshness, facing merchandise, operating a merchandise scale, and operating a stove, oven, or fryer. Other activities include taking orders, building displays, packaging items for sale, cleaning and sanitizing the department, backroom, and cooler/freezer, and changing fryer oil.
