About The Position

The Seafood / Butcher Block Supervisor leads and supports the department team and drives operational excellence. The role contributes to an exceptional shopping experience by helping keep the store clean, organized, well-stocked, and ready to serve customers. Department responsibilities may include merchandising, inventory management, product quality, receiving shipments, and customer service. The supervisor helps develop associates, achieve business goals, and build strong customer relationships while making a positive impact on associates, customers, and the community. Responsibilities

• Lead and support the department team.
