About The Position

The Seafood Bar Busser is responsible for resetting tables, maintaining a clean and presentable dining area, and providing assistance to guests as needed. This role is crucial for ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement is 16 years of age.
  • Food handler’s permit required.
  • Able to carry out tasks at direction of others
  • Superior customer service
  • Able to communicate well with both guests and employees in a positive manner
  • Maintains a well groomed appearance
  • Able to work well with others; cooperative and friendly
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. while standing, twisting or bending.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Manual and finger dexterity for handling serving dishes and other equipment is required.

Nice To Haves

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides Clearly Superior Customer Service at all times
  • Replenishes guests’ non-alcoholic beverages, etc.
  • Sets and resets tables and keeps surrounding area clean and presentable, including cleaning menus, replenishing salt and pepper and other table items
  • Takes inventory of supplies when necessary
  • Assists other Food & Beverage personnel as needed
  • Prepares silverware for the next seating
  • Keeps the floor areas clean, free of debris and presentable at all times
  • All other duties as assigned
