About The Position

The Busser is responsible for bussing tables, stocking and maintaining side stations. This role requires assisting guests in a professional and friendly manner, maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant, and adhering to all directions from management. The position also involves maintaining a proper uniform and a neat appearance at all times. This is a swing shift position from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to communicate with Team members and guests
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
• Demonstrates the ability to establish credibility and rapport with operating leaders
• Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week, including holidays
• Gaming license/registration as required by the Virginia Lottery
• Ability to obtain a food handlers card
• Ability to work while standing for hours at a time
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds at times
• Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise, bright lights, smoke, and dust

Responsibilities

• Bussing tables
• Stocking and maintaining side stations
• Maintaining side stands and restaurant cleanliness
• Stocking to prescribed pars
• Assisting guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Following directions from management
• Maintaining proper uniform and name tag, ensuring a neat and clean appearance
• Emptying trash and stocking bus carts
• Returning dirty china, silverware, glassware, and cups to the kitchen
• Sweeping, cleaning, and mopping assigned areas
• Performing other duties as assigned
