Workiz is seeking a motivated and experienced SDR Team Lead who loves hands-on sales and thrives on building and guiding high-performing teams to drive pipeline growth. The SDR Team Lead will maintain a personal outbound target (50% of a full SDR) while mentoring a team of 4-5 SDRs across 2 sites to consistently meet and exceed qualified opportunity quotas. This role involves fostering a high-energy environment, coordinating with the Marketing Team, A/B testing sales strategies, coaching the team, monitoring lead distribution, refining inbound strategies, collaborating with Sales and Marketing leadership, analyzing performance metrics, refining playbooks in CRM systems, and staying current on industry trends and product updates.
