SDET Lead
About The Position
This role is for an SDET Lead who will be a hands-on leader in the testing organization. The position requires an in-depth understanding of smart meter test methodologies and the ability to study market test frameworks, perform technical analysis, and design software/firmware automation test architecture. The lead will provide overall leadership on test strategy, automation framework, script design, script execution, environment design, and advanced Test Management strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and gather automation requirements is key. The role involves leading the design, development, debugging, and implementation of test automation, planning schedules, and conducting script code reviews while guiding on automation best practices. Responsibilities also include research and implementation of advanced features, consulting on complex testing strategies, providing training and technical support, and developing automation skills within the team. The lead will be responsible for the design, enhancement, and future growth of the test automation architecture and framework.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in testing organization.
- Strong Functional & Automation Testing skills.
