About The Position

This role is for an SDET Lead who will provide overall leadership on test strategy, automation framework, script design, script execution, environment design, and advanced Test Management strategies. The individual will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and gather automation requirements. Responsibilities include leading the design, development, debugging, and implementation of test automation, conducting script code reviews, and providing guidance on automation best practices. The role also involves research and implementation of advanced features, consultation on complex testing strategies, and providing training and technical support to test program users to develop and enhance automation skills within the team. The lead will be responsible for the design, enhancement, and future growth of the test automation architecture and framework.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in testing organization.
• In-depth understanding of smart meter test methodologies.
• Experience in technical analysis and design of software/firmware automation test architecture.
