About The Position

Join ADP’s dynamic Quality Engineering team as an SDET, driving innovation in automated testing for high-impact business applications. As a key contributor, you will architect robust automation frameworks, ensure top-tier product quality, and work closely with passionate engineers and leaders in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years in software testing and test automation
  • Expertise with Playwright and Cucumber automation frameworks
  • Mobile testing proficiency using Appium or Perfecto
  • Hands-on experience in Java or JavaScript programming
  • Proven track record creating and maintaining BDD test cases
  • Strong grasp of test automation best practices and quality engineering principles
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and processes

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience developing automation infrastructure for enterprise applications
  • Exposure to multiple automation tools and frameworks
  • Previous work in client-facing or high-visibility QA teams

Responsibilities

  • Build, optimize, and maintain advanced test automation frameworks from the ground up
  • Design and execute automated test scripts using Playwright, Cucumber, and mobile automation tools (Appium, Perfecto)
  • Develop and maintain BDD test cases, scenarios, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous quality improvements
  • Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automation infrastructure
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team meetings to shape testing strategies
  • Engage directly with leads, team members, and leadership during the interview and onboarding process
