Requirements

Dive Professional or higher
Comfortable managing people, projects, and priorities
Excited about gear, destinations, and helping customers find the right fit
Professional, polished, and positive in every interaction
Curious, organized, and always ready to jump in (literally and figuratively)
A strong communicator who can connect with beginners and seasoned divers alike

Responsibilities

Guide new divers through course offerings, follow up on leads, and promote the excitement of SCUBA.
Coordinate courses, instructors, pools, and classrooms to ensure full classes, smooth logistics, and happy divers.
Support and oversee your dive team, ensuring they're operating to Diventures' top-tier expectations through audits, feedback, and quarterly in-water refreshers.
Drive conversion from swim and Try SCUBA students into full-fledged divers with strategic and creative outreach.
Boost revenue through smart course scheduling, gear package sales, and travel tie-ins, all while keeping it fun and customer-focused.
Keep up with the latest in gear, training standards, and industry trends. Lead by example and encourage others to level up.
