About The Position

The Shared Services Group within Supervision & Regulation, Credit Risk, and Statistics supports and assists businesses to implement technology solutions effectively and efficiently by analyzing and defining the requirements of a project utilizing available resources. This internship offers hands-on experience and insights into the operations field through real-world projects and challenges. Interns will receive guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals, build connections within the industry, and participate in professional development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or graduate degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Should have at least one semester left to complete in school.
  • Strong computer/technical skills required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Access (or familiarity with other data access tools).
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work both in a group setting and on an individual basis.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or green card holder.
  • Must undergo an enhanced background check.
  • Must comply with all applicable information handling rules.
  • Non-U.S. citizens must sign a declaration of intent to become a U.S. citizen and pursue a path to citizenship.

Responsibilities

  • Applies security and audit access requirements in support of users and projects, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.
  • Performs periodic access reviews to validate that user permissions align with current roles and responsibilities, escalating discrepancies as needed.
  • Assists in provisioning, modifying, and de-provisioning user access in a timely and accurate manner to support business operations and minimize security risk.
  • Documents access management processes and maintain accurate records to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
  • Supports the investigation and resolution of access-related issues, working cross-functionally to ensure minimal disruption to users and projects.
  • Communicates access policies and procedures clearly to end users, translating technical requirements into practical, understandable guidance.
  • Develops concise system requirements and use cases for use in development processes to support new or enhanced business functionality.
  • Participates in testing during the development cycle and helps ensure that the developed solution meets the business requirements.
  • Provides effective and timely communication to project stakeholders.
  • Provides analytical support through review of various data sources, makes recommendations, and prepares periodic reports.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
