About The Position

As a Scrum Master, you will coach a team to high performance while supporting successful project delivery and meeting customer expectations. You will ensure Agile principles and approaches are correctly understood by the team and key stakeholders, and use tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow to strengthen sustainable process improvements. The role focuses on helping the team accomplish sprint goals and supporting operational excellence for Navy clients. Applicants must hold an active Secret clearance; selected applicants will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with software development, digital strategies, analytics, or product management.
• Experience with projects using an Agile methodology, including Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, and Agile metrics.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in hardware acquisition programs.
• SAFe Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master certification.
