About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing stakeholder relationships within the banking and financial services domain.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong experience facilitating Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Grooming
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Strong stakeholder management and Agile delivery experience
Nice To Haves
- CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master Certification
- Banking/Financial Services domain experience
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective Agile delivery.
- Utilize JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation.
