About The Position

Volt is immediately hiring a Scrum Master in San Diego, CA. As a Scrum Master, you will support Agile operations for up to 3 teams by planning, scheduling, and facilitating Agile events. You will collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure the teams' work delivers value, and remove obstacles hindering progress while coaching teams on Agile values, artifacts, and goals. This is a 12-to-15-month temp assignment, working 100% onsite at the San Diego Facility, with potential to go temp to hire. Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm plus overtime as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Agile Certification
• 4+ years as Scrum Master in software development
• 2+ years of Azure DevOps experience

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 4+ years in Manufacturing Operations software
• Knowledge of IIoT manufacturing tech, IoT hardware/software, and agile tools
