Requirements

  • Possess at least four years of experience serving as a Scrum Master supporting Agile software development teams in a cleared environment.
  • Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Remove impediments and help Agile teams maintain productivity and delivery momentum.
  • Coach Agile teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Product Owners to manage and refine product backlogs, prioritize work, and support successful sprint execution.
  • Track Agile metrics and use performance data to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased team effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous process improvement to enhance Agile team performance and delivery outcomes.
  • Possess an active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • Hold a high school diploma or GED (bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Hold a current Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I or higher), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification.

Nice To Haves

  • Support Agile software development efforts on Federal Government or Intelligence Community (IC) programs.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with DevSecOps and secure software development practices.
  • Utilize Agile management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms to support Agile delivery.
  • Facilitate distributed and cross-functional Agile teams across multiple stakeholders and technical disciplines.
  • Support release planning and coordinate Agile activities to ensure successful software delivery.
  • Track and analyze Agile metrics, including velocity, burndown, sprint performance, and other key performance indicators.
  • Communicate effectively while demonstrating strong leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and help build and sustain high-performing Agile teams.
