About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Agile Scrum Master to join a fast-paced software development environment. The Scrum Master guides and coaches high-performing engineering teams to deliver quality and business value using Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles. The role focuses on facilitating team ceremonies, removing blockers, managing cross-team dependencies, and fostering continuous improvement and transparency.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of overall professional work experience.
• At least 2 years specifically serving as a Scrum Master for a software development team.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Nice To Haves

• Jira proficiency.
• Familiarity with APIs.
• AI Foundations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Scrum ceremonies, including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Demos, and Retrospectives.
• Participate in Scrum of Scrums and PO Sync-ups to highlight risks, track dependencies across teams, and collaborate with other Scrum Masters to resolve them.
• Work with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Release Train Engineers (RTEs) to plan user stories aligned with team capacity.
• Remove blockers, or guide the team to resolve them, through coordination and problem-solving.
• Analyze sprint data and monitor Agile metrics to identify potential risks to sprint goals and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Coach the team on Agile practices and principles to maximize business value delivery, foster self-organization, and resolve conflicts.
• Assist with internal communication, improve operational transparency, and share information effectively across stakeholders.
• Evaluate Agile Release Train (ART) practices and collaborate with the RTE to implement process improvements.
