About The Position

As a Scrum Master, you will support a government team modernizing, securing, and improving efficiency for Navy clients. You will coach the team toward high performance, ensure Agile principles and approaches are correctly understood by team members and stakeholders, and help deliver projects in line with customer expectations. Using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow, you will strengthen sustainable process improvements, help the team focus on sprint goals, and support successful delivery of key outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with software development, digital strategies, analytics, or product management.
• Experience with projects using an Agile methodology, including Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, and Agile Metrics.
• Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in hardware acquisition programs.
• SAFe Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master certification.
