About The Position
Drive Agile delivery for the IBU Consumer data engineering team across distributed time zones. Facilitate sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and release planning; remove blockers; track velocity and report delivery metrics to stakeholders; and coordinate handoffs between onshore and offshore shifts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience.
- CSM or PSM certification.
- Experience with Jira or ADO.
- Experience with data or cloud teams.
