About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and support multiple Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery, team coaching, facilitation, stakeholder management, and impediment resolution.

Requirements

• 11+ years of Agile software delivery experience with significant Scrum Master experience
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, Scrum principles, and SDLC practices
• Experience leading multiple Agile teams
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools
• Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent Scrum Master certification
• Experience within the Banking & Financial Services industry

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
• Coach Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum best practices
• Drive sprint execution, delivery predictability, and continuous improvement
• Identify and remove impediments while managing delivery risks
• Ensure alignment between Agile teams and business priorities
• Track Agile metrics and provide transparent delivery/status reporting
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders on backlog management and delivery expectations
• Lead multiple Agile teams while effectively managing competing priorities
