About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of facilitating Scrum ceremonies and driving successful Agile deliveries. This role requires excellent stakeholder management skills and hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence. Experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain is highly preferred.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong experience facilitating Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Grooming
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Strong stakeholder management and Agile delivery experience

Nice To Haves

• CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master Certification
• Banking/Financial Services domain experience

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming.
• Guide and coach the Scrum team on Agile principles and practices.
• Remove impediments and obstacles for the Scrum team.
• Ensure the Scrum team adheres to Agile values and principles.
• Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communication.
• Drive continuous improvement within the Agile delivery process.
