About The Position

StarTekk is adopting digital transformation to accelerate organizational growth, increase efficiencies, and help its workforce achieve focused business goals. The employee will help identify and bridge business gaps by analyzing data, scaling, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

The Scrum Master leads Agile teams on Salesforce implementation projects, facilitates Scrum ceremonies, removes blockers, manages sprint progress, and supports timely delivery of project goals. The role calls for Salesforce delivery experience, Agile/Scrum knowledge, and stakeholder-management skills.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of Salesforce delivery experience.
• Experience as a Scrum Master facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, configuration, customization, integrations, and deployments.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience tracking sprint metrics, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, or Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Nice To Haves

• Salesforce experience with Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• SAFe experience.
• Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master.
• Salesforce administration and configuration, release management, Agile delivery, and continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Remove blockers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Manage sprint progress, goals, dependencies, risks, and delivery metrics.
• Monitor project progress and support timely, successful delivery of Salesforce implementation goals.
• Support continuous improvement in Agile delivery.
