About The Position

As a Scrum Master supporting Booz Allen’s cloud service broker team, you will facilitate Agile execution, remove roadblocks, and help teams deliver secure cloud capabilities. The work involves cloud technologies including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), as well as containerization, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and networking technologies. The role supports DevSecOps delivery and DoD systems.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, including hands-on facilitation of Scrum ceremonies.
Experience delivering client solutions, de-conflicting sprint goals, and facilitating internal and external stakeholder meetings in virtual and in-person settings.
Experience managing and prioritizing work across multiple teams and workstreams to deliver milestones and feature releases on time.
Experience with Jira and Confluence, including dashboards, reporting, workflow visibility, and backlog management.
Experience using Agile metrics and tooling to analyze Epic, Feature, and Story data to support continuous improvement and high team performance.
Experience supporting teams in DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and Configuration as Code environments.
Knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
Secret clearance required.
High school diploma or GED.
