About The Position

As a Scrum Master, you will support a development team modernizing critical systems and help drive critical capabilities. You will coach the team toward high performance, ensure the Scrum project progresses successfully, and make sure Scrum principles and approaches are understood by team members and key stakeholders. The role also involves applying Agile best practices, addressing challenges early, and strengthening operational excellence.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Systems Engineer on a development team.
• At least 5 years of experience gathering and documenting technical and business requirements.
• Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Agile Metrics.
• Experience leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management.
• Experience teaching Agile framework concepts to technical teams.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the DoD or Space Force community and IT infrastructures.
• Knowledge of the project management framework.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to provide technical assistance to IT development teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact successfully with clients, engineers, and managers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• TS/SCI clearance.
